“Where’s Bat” on May 1-3? At Delta Blue on Main Street in Lake Placid.
Delta Blue at the Northwoods Inn in Lake Placid is pleased to present Bat (aka Thomas Andrew Bennett), an exceptional musician, in weekend performances on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, May 1-3, 2015. Bat is a singer/guitarist from New Mexico who performs an incredible range of musical styles from Big Band Jazz to Country and Folk, Doo Wop to Rock. He plays guitar and banjo, piano, drums, and bass but his instruments of choice are the twelve string guitar and his voice. The weekend shows will include original compositions, sing-a-longs, and requests.
Bat has toured throughout the United States and has over ten years of experience entertaining U.S. troops all over the world. “Stateside,” he has a special interest in supporting military veterans through his music. Bat’s Sunday performance at Delta Blue, 4:00-6:30, will be a special fundraiser / friend raiser in support ofHomeward Bound Adirondacks (HBA). All area veterans, their friends and families are welcome. While there will be suggested donation of $10, the event will be complimentary for area veterans and active military personnel.

Homeward Bound Adirondacks (HBA) is a community-based 501(c)(3) organization focusing on the needs of Veterans and their families.
